Professor Ip was born in Hong Kong, had his primary and secondary education in Hong Kong and completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the US. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York, Master of Business Administration from the Indiana University and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of South Carolina.
出生于香港，葉耀強教授在香港完成小學和中學教育，他的本科和碩博教育在美國完成。他擁有紐約州立大學商業(yè)管理學士學位，印第安納大學商業(yè)管理碩士學位和南卡羅萊納大學哲學博士學位。
Professor Ip has over 34 years of university education experience. He has taught at the Hong Kong Baptist College, Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of South Carolina (USA), Clemson University (USA), University of Southern Queensland (Australia) and Griffith University (Australia) before joining the Open University of Hong Kong.
葉耀強教授有超過34年的大學教育經歷。在加入香港公開大學之前，他曾在香港浸會大學、香港中文大學、美國南卡羅萊納大學、美國克萊姆森大學、澳大利亞南昆士蘭大學和澳大利亞格里菲斯大學執(zhí)教。
